  • Kerra

    Kerra Spaeth is our On-Site Co-Owner. She started her career at The Goddard School; as a floating teacher in 1996 as she was finishing her Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations. Rather than leave the Goddard family after she finished her degree, Kerra became the Lead Teacher in our School-Age classroom. Her background includes eighteen years of experience in the childcare field and just couldn't leave it. She has seen so many children develop from toddlers into young ladies and gentlemen and is happy that she chose to stay and watch children grow. As a result of her choice to change career paths, Kerra decided to take classes in Early Childhood Education and is currently certified in CPR, First Aid, Communicable Diseases and Child Abuse. Kerra's parents, Ron and Paula Herman, have owned this school since January 2, 1996 and handed the reins to her in January of 2006. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her husband, three children and grandchild.

  • Jessica

    Ms. Jess has been working with children since 2009. She graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Health Education. Jess was a lead teacher at the Goddard School in our School-Age classroom and then took some time off to be with her family. She has since returned and has taken on the new role as the Director of Operations. Before obtaining this position Ms. Jess completed a 9-month program with National Louis University and obtained her National Director Credential. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, running and reading.

  • Gabrielle

    Ms. Gabbi has worked with children since she was 14 years of age at her church daycare. She has completed one semester of Early Childhood Development and has received her CDA. Ms. Gabbi has also worked with children of all ages and different disabilities. When Ms. Gabbi isn’t working at Goddard, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching her daughter and twin boys learn and grow. She enjoys taking trips to the zoo and the aquarium. Her hobbies include arts, crafts, and scrapbooking.

  • Meagan

    Ms. Meagan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She has worked with children of all ages since 2012. She has also volunteered with ages 5-12 years of age at her church’s vacation Bible school every summer. She also volunteered with an inner city after school program while attending college. When she isn't at Goddard, she loves spending time with her family and making memories with her daughter.

  • Andrea

    Ms. Andrea has loved working in the field of education since 1997. She holds Ohio teaching licenses for grades K-3 and 1-8, as well as a PreK-12 Reading Endorsement. Her experience includes 21 years as a Private Kindergarten teacher - 18 of those years at The Goddard School in Mason! Ms. Andrea grew up in Madeira, Ohio and graduated at the top of the class from Madeira High School. She earned a B.A. in German Language and Literature from UC and an M.Ed. in Elementary Education from Xavier University. Later, she obtained a Reading Endorsement through Miami University and completed additional literacy-related coursework through UC. Most recently, she completed the Comprehensive Orton-Gillingham Plus and Phonological Awareness trainings through the Institute for Multi-Sensory Education. When Ms. Andrea isn't at Goddard, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, gardening, and learning new things!

  • Ava

    Ms. Ava graduated from the Warren County Career Center for graphic design, imaging and advertising. She has 4 consecutive years of child experience, 2 of those being with her daughter, Blakely, and the 2 years prior working at a Jiu-Jitsu academy where she assisted in teaching Jiu-Jitsu to children ages 3-12 years old. She has a younger sibling and has spent a lot of time babysitting! In her free-time she used to do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Now she loves being outside with her daughter, fiancé and 2 dogs! She loves all things that are crafty, as well as attempting to bake!

  • Christina

    Ms. Christina graduated from high school in 2017 and attended Miami University studying Education and Environmental Science until 2020. She has been working in childcare for three years. She was a Lead Teacher at her last center and is looking forward to new challenges and experiences as a Resource Teacher. She has been with her significant other for seven years and they have a 5-year-old dog together, Miss Spinach, that she enjoys taking on hikes! She enjoys shopping with her mom and getting dinner with her friends. Sometimes she enjoys video games and she enjoys watching TV!

  • Gabrielle

    Ms. Gabbie is in the process of obtaining her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has coached youth soccer for 3-4 years and has worked in childcare for 1-2 years. When Ms. Gabbie isn't at Goddard she enjoys reading, playing and coaching soccer and baking/learning to cook!

  • Kassie

    Ms. Kassie graduated from Franklin County High School in Brookville, Indiana. She has been working in childcare since 2021 with children 6 weeks - 24 months of age. When Ms. Kassie isn't at Goddard she likes to hang out with her family and friends and go on walks with her husband and daughter.

  • Katie

    Ms. Katie has earned her Child Development Associates Degree and has had previous childcare experience working as a resource teacher and enjoys working with children of all ages, but has found her place here at Goddard in Pandas! When she isn't at Goddard, she enjoys being creative or being outside. She enjoys drawing, painting, being around water and going to street fairs. She also enjoys collecting Pokémon cards and crystals.

  • Lacie

    Ms. Lacie graduated from high school in 2011. She is currently working on gaining her CDA. She has been in the Early Childhood Education field since 2017. She has worked with children 3-years-of-age to 10-years-of-age. She is very active on her family team at her church, working with children ages 3-5. When Ms. Lacie isn't at Goddard she enjoys playing board games, reading and going for walks and hikes with my husband and dog. During the summer, Kings Island is my favorite place to be. I also love going to cheer on FC Cincinnati! She is a big Disney fan, and she enjoys seeing musicals and plays at the Aronoff Center! On days spent at home, I enjoy watching my favorite sitcom "Friends!"

    Ms. Loreen graduated from Fairfield High School and has 5 years of child care experience through churches, as well as 3 years of baby sitting for friends and family. She enjoys being around children of all ages, watching them grow and learn. She enjoys finding new ways to teach through play and creativity. When she isn't at Goddard, she enjoys attending church and presenting at church activities. She loves baking, cooking, traveling to different states and hanging out with friends.

  • Madeline

    Ms. Maddie graduated from the College of Wooster in 2018, with a Bachelors Degree in History. In 2021, she earned her Child Development Associate. She loves helping children become caring and independent citizens as they learn and grow. When Maddie isn't at Goddard she loves thrifting, reading, painting and sewing her own clothes. She also loves to travel with her family, her favorite place is Walt Disney World!

  • Rebecca

    Ms. Rebecca has her diploma from Butler Tech in Bioscience and has earned her Associates Degree in Psychology, as well as her CDA (Child Development Credential) She wants to continue to receive her Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Child Psychology. She has been babysitting her 8 nieces and nephews since she was 12-years-old. She has experience working with children ages newborn-14 years-old. When Ms. Rebecca isn't involved with work or school, she enjoys doing puzzles, coloring and swimming with her family. Also, she enjoys hanging out with her brothers and seeing her nieces and nephews. Growing up she was in dance and some basketball.

  • Rosalina

    Ms. Yuri has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the Universidad de Guadalajara, Mexico. She also has her Master's Degree in Education from the Universidad Tecmilenio, Mexico. She has 11 years experience working in Education with students from 5-18 years of age. For 2 years of her career she spent 2 years working as an Intervention Specialist for middle and high school students. When Ms. Yuri isn't at Goddard she enjoys spending time with her family and watching soccer (FC Cincinnati) and football (Cincinnati Bengals). She enjoys cooking Mexican food for her family and playing with her daughter!

  • Samantha

    Ms. Samantha graduated from Mason High School in 2017 and completed welding school. She went on to manage a pet store in Lebanon. After having her son in 2021 she began working at her son's childcare center and found her passion in teaching. She has been privately babysitting since 2016, but found herself absolutely loving toddlers! She has since taught toddler for the past two years. When she isn't at Goddard she enjoys taking her children to the park, pool, aquarium, zoo and on hikes. She has a 5-year-old English Pointer mix (dog) that they enjoy taking on walks. Her personal interests comprise of drawing, bird-watching, learning about nature/animals and teaching her children about nature. I also enjoy crafting and shopping!

    Ms. Tiffany has been with The Goddard School in Mason since January 2005. Tiffany has learned a wealth of information through the CDA program and earned a Child Development Associate (CDA) degree. Tiffany has thoroughly enjoys working with children for the past eleven years. She has thoroughly enjoyed working with children, and her favorite part about being in the classroom is having meaningful conversations with the children and getting to know about their lives. She has lived in Mason, Ohio her whole life. She enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, daughter and 2 grandsons.

    Ms. Tiffany graduated from Lakota West High School in 2013. She has experience babysitting her two nieces and nephews for the past 10 years. She loves babies and is looking forward to starting her professional career in childcare here at Goddard! When Ms. Tiffany isn't at Goddard she enjoys playing video games with friends, playing the acoustic guitar and ukulele, watching Disney movies, cooking and spending time with her fiancé, Chris, and cat, Junior.

    Mr. Ty attended Xavier University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with a focus in Biology and Latin. In the past Mr. Ty has worked at a summer program where he helped students with math, science, Latin and mythology.

  • Virginia

    Ms. Virginia graduated from Homestead High School in Fort Wayne, IN. She went to Indiana State University and received a degree in Outdoor Recreation. She worked as a preschool teacher for over a year and as a Camp Counselor for Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and special needs children for over 10 years. When Ms. Virginia is an award-winning fiber artist and enjoys a variety of sewing and embroidery skills. She also makes miniature furniture and doll house accessories. She enjoys traveling and cruising!

  • Kelan

    Mr. Kelan is currently a nursing student at Xavier University, with a goal to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. He has coached at baseball and basketball camps, as well as served in the children's ministry at his church. When Kelan isn't at Goddard, he enjoys stay active, by going to the gym and playing basketball. He also enjoys spending time with his family.

    Ms. Macy has over 2 years of childcare experience with children 3 years and over. She also has training in cosmetology. When Ms. Macy is not at Goddard, she loves drawing, collecting old jewelry and watching movies.

  • Mia

    Ms. Mia graduated from Mason High School in 2025 and is currently pursuing a degree in Forensic Science at Bowling Green State University. In the past she has worked as a science camp counselor with a focus on 10-12 year old's. She also has 4 years of experience babysitting children ages 7-10 years-of-age. When she isn't at Goddard she enjoys reading, writing, baking and spending time with her friends and family!

  • Aya

    Ms. Aya has been a part of our Goddard family for a while! Her mother, Ms. Ghada, has been teaching with us since she graduated college and now Ms. Aya works here on her college breaks and once a week when she doesn’t have classes. She received her high school diploma and is currently studying Pre-Pharmacy at the University of Cincinnati. Before working here, she babysat children that were 2-8 years of age. When Ms. Aya isn’t at Goddard she loves reading and hanging out with her family! She absolutely loves Harry Potter!

  • Carol

    Ms. Carol has been with The Goddard School in Mason since March 2005. She attended Indiana University at Ft. Wayne to pursue an Art and Education degree. She has additional college courses through Wycliffe School for World Missions. Prior to coming to The Goddard School, Ms. Carol was an in-home child care provider to several families, as well as a mom to four children of her own.

  • Eva

    Ms. Eva graduated from The Faculty of Tourism and Hotels Minia University, in Egypt. She volunteered at Sunday School in her home Country for 7 years, which included children from pre-school to 6th grade. Ms. Eva is originally from Egypt, then moved to Prague for 5 years, before moving to Cincinnati in 2022. She has 2 children and enjoys playing volleyball and doing crafts.

  • Rachel

    Ms. Rachel graduated from high school in 2010 and has worked in childcare for a little over a year. She has worked with every age group from toddlers to pre-k, with pre-k being her primary age group. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her 3 children and her partner. She is an avid crafter and enjoys making handsewn felt creatures, painting, coloring, diamond art, and so much more. She also loves spending time in the woods and watching baking competitions!

  • Siva

    Ms. Siva graduated in India with her degree in education. After graduation, she worked in an early childhood education center in India for a year and a half with children 2-years-old and older. When Ms. Siva isn't at Goddard she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
